Nanjing Huahong New Material Co.,Ltd is a joint-venture corporation, reformed from Nanjing Huahong (Group) Co.,Ltd in 1996, situated in Nanjing Economy&Technology Development Zone, occupying a land of 66 thousand square meters, composed of magnesium-alloy workshop, die-casting workshop, heavy magnesia workshop, with employees of more than 200, including more than 20% technicians with middle and senior title of technology, possessing of strong technical forces. Magnesium-alloy workshop produces many kinds of magnesium alloy ingot and magnesium sacrifice anode as standard of ASTM. Mainly machines are several crucible-ovens from 1 ton to 3 tons, with annual volume of 5000 tons. Some products are exported to EU and USA. Die-casting workshop is chiefly engaged in magnesium ( aluminum ) alloy die-casting, providing auto parts to Auto Manufacturer. We have lots of products, magnesium alloy die-casting products such as bike front fork¡¢sawmill shell¡¢gear box¡¢steering wheel,  and cover for car and so on, aluminum alloy die-casting products such as clutch housing and gear box for car. Meantime some products are exported to Japan, America, EU. It is one of the earliest enterprise which produces magnesium alloy die-casting parts. Die-casting machine are from 400 tons to 2000 tons.
Heavy magnesia workshop manufactures heavy magnesia(MgO), annual volume is about 5000 tons.
Our company has perfect quality assuring system. The measuring and detecting instrument consists of 2 spectrograph meters and the RS- 25 coordinate measure machine from America, the DP419 X-ray detector from Germany and the tension test machine etc. The company passed QS9000 quality system in May 2004.
